We work on a plot-by-plot basis, each cuvée revealing the expression of its terroir through meticulous work. We vinify our own grapes. Our reds and rosés are 100% Cabernet Franc and our whites 100% Chenin.

Domaine du Puy staff strives to consistently produce exceptional wines, in respecting the characteristics of this great terroir to cultivate the grape variety that is king there: Cabernet Franc, whose average age is 55 years.
